Shipping policy

3.Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
4.We operate daily except on major national holidays.
 
5.Deliveries within Bangkok and surrounding areas typically take 1–2 business days. Other provinces may take 2–4 business days depending on the local postal system.
 
6.In the rare case that a package is lost during transit, customers will not be charged. We will take full responsibility in such situations.
7.If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact our customer service team via LINE or other support channels with the evidence. We’ll assist you promptly.
8.In the event of delivery delays, shipping timeframes will depend on local logistics and postal services.
9.If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service first. Items must be returned in their original internal packaging and unused condition. Buyers are only responsible for the shipping fee when sending the item back to our designated address.
